The car is designed by us with CAD software and manufactured externally using 3D printing or milling. Initial tests for resistance and air flow are already carried out in the CAD program.

In the second step, the wheels, including the hubcaps, are manufactured in our own 3D printer.

This is followed by the assembly of the individual components in the school, painting and testing of the finished car.
